MEET KIM LUAGUE

I grew up on the rough side of Houston, became a young mother, and spent years focused on surviving. I did not have a college degree, a clear roadmap, or an established network opening doors for me. What I did have was a belief that life could be different—and a willingness to become the person capable of creating that change. 

When I entered real estate in 2006, success did not happen overnight. I struggled, made mistakes, questioned myself, and came close to walking away more than once. Through those experiences, I learned that building a successful business requires more than contracts, marketing, and sales. 

It requires learning to lead yourself first.

Over the years, I built a multiple six-figure real estate business, led a successful team, became an investor, and launched businesses alongside my husband. Each chapter strengthened my belief that meaningful success begins with clarity, personal responsibility, and the courage to keep growing. 

Along the way, I discovered that my greatest purpose was not simply helping people complete transactions or reach business goals. It was helping them recognize what is possible for their lives—and giving them the strategy, support, and confidence to move toward it.
